Return Policy (Australia)
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A major failure may occur when:
-
the item is significantly different from the description or sample
-
the item is unsafe
-
the item is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time
-
the item is not of acceptable quality and a reasonable consumer would not have purchased it had they known the issue
No Change‑of‑Mind Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
-
change of mind
-
incorrect choice
-
finding a cheaper price elsewhere
-
deciding you no longer want the item
Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item has a problem covered under the ACL, please contact us promptly with:
-
your order number
-
a description of the issue
-
clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage
We will assess the issue in line with the ACL to determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
Returning Faulty Items
If a return is required:
-
Items should be returned in the condition received, where possible.
-
We will provide return shipping instructions.
-
If the item is confirmed to have a fault covered by the ACL, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item (if required), we will assess the issue and process the applicable remedy as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
